Why do I need to stage my home?

The absolute best dollar spent is in preparing your home for sale. Once you decide to sell you must look at your home as a product that your are trying to sell. The best way to sell that product is to make it as desirable as you can to as many people as you can. You need to de clutter, neutralize, depersonalize, lighten and brighten.

Will it really make that much of a difference?

It has been proven that in a sluggish market, homes will sell for between 2% and 10% more by staging it for sale. In a competitive market where buyers get into bidding wars, the figures increase to between 20% and 50%.

How much will it cost me?

If you agree, our Stager will call you and arrange a brief meeting to discuss the potential of your home, the staging process and give you an idea of the options before you.  They will work within YOUR BUDGET and give you a quote at the end of this meeting.  This meeting is complementary.

Should you decide to proceed with Staging and list with wise on real estate (min. 6 months), we will pay for your initial consultation (value $150), where the Stager will complete a walk-through of your home and give you ideas on the best way to present your home for sale.  They offer many packages and each home is priced individually based on your existing design, your budget, your layout, how many rooms etc...

Do I have to do all the work?

Not if you don’t want to.  Our team of experts can help you as little or as much as you’d like.  We have painters, cleaners and stagers all available to help you where needed.  This team can help make your home look like it came off the pages of a magazine.
