Why do I need to stage my home?

The absolute best dollar spent is in preparing your home for sale. Once you decide to sell you must look at your home as a product that your are trying to sell. The best way to sell that product is to make it as desirable as you can to as many people as you can. You need to declutter, neutralize, depersonalize, lighten and brighten.

Will it really make that much of a difference?

It has been proven that in a sluggish market, homes will sell for between 2% and 10% more by staging it for sale. In a competitive market where buyers get into bidding wars, the figures increase to between 20% and 50%.

How much will it cost me?

Each home is a unique pallet and depending on the furniture you have, paint colours etc.. will really drive what is recommended.  I will contribute the cost of the initial consult $350.00 towards your total cost of staging.  Some clients prefer a detailed report, others prefer the work to be completed for them.  We are flexible and will work within your comfort zone but know that when you list with 'wise on real estate' you have $350 towards any costs you may incurr. 

Do I have to do all the work?

Not if you don’t want to.  Our team of experts can help you as little or as much as you’d like.  We have painters, cleaners and stagers all available to help you where needed.  This team can help make your home look like it came off the pages of a magazine.
